The problem
Getting clothes made in Pakistan still runs on phone calls, WhatsApp photos and handwritten measurements. Customers struggle to find a reliable tailor or the right fabric, measurements get taken wrong or lost, and tailors spend more of their day chasing orders, payments and deliveries than actually stitching.
What Darzikaar does
Darzikaar brings the whole trade onto one platform. Customers browse fabrics, ready-made garments and tailoring services from stores and freelance tailors, book stitching, alterations and repairs, or post a custom job with a budget and deadline and receive proposals from tailors.
Measurements are taken with the phone: up to three photos and the person's height go to a vision model that estimates a full measurement profile, which is saved, reused and attached to every order so the tailor works from the same numbers. Orders move through a clear lifecycle with notifications at each step, delivery is arranged through Bykea, and chat keeps conversations and payments on the platform. Stores and tailors get a portal for listings, orders and payouts, and an admin console handles vendor verification and listing approvals.
